DJ? U CAN’T BE SERIOUS.
I have been out and about to a few spots and have been disgusted with what I have been seeing. In my own personal opinion I do not consider you a DJ if you use these. Serato is one thing , CDJ is another but come on. Where is the genuine love for spinning records? No disrespect to Numark or Vestax because I use their products. They’re wouldn’t be a market for this if people being true to game. Serato has made it easy for you to have all your songs not abandon the whole essence of being a DJ.
YOU ARE NOT A DJ IN MY OPINION YOU ARE A DISC JOCKEY. SO STOP JOCKIN’ OUR STYLE.

I Feel The Same Way,I’m Only Relying On Serato To Get Me Back Into Playing Out,But These Called New Press Play And Pause DJ’s Don’t Know Shit About Break Beats,Catching Breaks,Pitch Control.Shit These New Dude Don’t Even Own Any Vinyl Of Any Kind,Can Any Of Them Name The DJ Who Gave Kool DJ Red Alert His Spot On Radio ? Nope Didn’t Think So
Its just makin it easier for people with minimal dj skills think they are good when these products basically do everything for you from tell you the bpms and even beat match the music for you! What happened to having that natural ear to know what sounds good blended together, or where is the skill of cutting, scracthing, mixing and knowing when and where to use these technics..I love vinyl all day!! Its great that products like Serato is around, it makes it easier to have your collection at your finger tips. It just makes it easier for dudes with no skills..
